A Good Coach will Care a Little more then you!

Any body can learn how to teach an Air Squat. What I want to see in a Coach is do you care. Do you want to help people live a better life? Do you get satisfaction from watching people reach there goals or hit a PR? Will you ask a 2nd question and get to know your members? Do you even care why they come to the gym? These things are what make good coaches great! As a CrossFit Coach you need to care just a little bit more then every member.
