  • Greek Yogurt: Choose unsweetened to avoid added sugars. Add berries or nuts for extra flavor and nutrients.

  • Protein Smoothies: Blend up some protein powder with almond milk, spinach, and frozen berries for a quick, nutrient-packed meal.

  • Overnight Oats: Add a scoop of protein powder or a dollop of Greek yogurt to your oats for added protein.

  • Meats: Leftover steak, chicken, or turkey breast can work in a breakfast wrap with veggies or avocado.
